Refunds / Returns / Shipping
Domestic shipping within the USA is free if the order total is greater than $100.
Under $100, domestic standard shipping is $12.99 and domestic priority shipping is $32.99.
Your tracking number will be provided via email with the item is ready to be shipped.
All orders are shipped within 5-8 business days, when in stock, via UPS carbon neutral shipping.
All pre-orders will be shipped once the item is ready, and ready to be shipped to you.
To make your unboxing experience extra special, your goodies will include a handwritten personal note just for you! Plus, I smudge it using sage & a sound bath. Everything is wrapped & shipped in earth-friendly packaging (reusable, recycled, recyclable, biodegradable). No plastic is used in the packaging, unless necessary to pack fragile goodies. All bubble wrap (and plastic packaging if ever used) is reused and recycled from other shipments.
Please extend the life of the packaging material you receive with your order (such as craft paper, mailers, boxes, etc.) by reusing them or by getting your creativity on, and doodling on them!
Refund & Exchange policy
We want you to love your intentional purchase and spread Joy using it!
All the goodies are of high quality and extra care is taken while sending them your way.
Each Designs by Loveleen product is unique, hand finished and is manufactured in small batches. We manufacture limited quantities as it helps reducing waste and is better for the environment.
Since returns are not good for Mother Earth, as it takes additional resources to make it happen, as of right now, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. Which means, no refunds are offered as well.
However, if your purchase arrived damaged, please reach out within 10 days of receipt with order #, item description and photos of the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost. You can keep the item you originally received and use it or donate it.
