We all have those humans in our lives who say “no” to pretty much every invitation.
Be it a party, a happy hour, a weekend brunch or even stepping out for lunch.
It feels like they don’t want to be a part of anything fun.
To tell you the truth, I was totally “one of those party-poopers”.
Especially when it came to lunch-ing out everyday.
“No thanks, I got my lunch” was my default answer.
Fall is the time of letting go. 🍂🍁🍂
Removing the old and making space for new.
That's what nature does.
And we are nature.
So on this crispy Tuesday morning, I encourage you to let go....
> LET GO of any old story that's stopping you from receiving LOVE
> LET GO of any limiting belief that's getting in your way from giving LOVE
So I turned 40 few days back...
IT ONLY TOOK ME 40 AWESOME YEARS TO GET IT.
But here it is...in my own words 😍 Read on 👇
Smile & I'll smile back with you
Dance & I'll do a little two-step too
Happy Holi everyone!!!
Whether or not you celebrate this Indian festival, I bet you've seen (and even participated) in a version of it.
Think "Color Run" without the run.
Unless you run when someone's chasing you with water balloons.
Been there. Done that.
This morning as I was calling and wishing my friends and family a very colorful Holi, I remembered something.
In Your presence I become peace
I become love & I flow with ease
All my worries fade away
And all I want to do is play
I pause and breathe and let it all in
And ask You softly where have you been?
I look for You everywhere!
But You only show up when I'm here
Go within often
That's how you'll uncover the real YOU.
All the wisdom you need to grow
And all the answers you seek to flow
Have always been a part of you
The day you say NO to the life that you don’t want.…
You can start LIVING the life that you really want.
Will it be easy?
No, it won’t.
Because the self-appointed CEO of your life a.k.a your ego will start throwing a fit.
For most of your life, your ego has been calling the shots. It's been pretty much dictating and shaping you.
Make it your own.
Look it in the eyes and give it a big hug.
